Our Process

When you first contact us we will pass your details on to your local sales consultant. He or she will contact you to find out more about your project where you are at and how we can help. We will be able to provide you with information about how to choose a suitable building, attain planning, finance and staffing levels. And discuss what your vision is for your new business. We do not charge for our information and advice and will work with you to create a specification for the prefect play area to suit your building your vision and your budget.

From the first step to helping your business be successful

We endeavour to help you all of the way from your first idea of setting up an indoor soft play area or family entertainment centre. We will be there when your play area opens and will help to make sure your business is a success.

Finding a good location

The location of your new business is perhaps the most important decision you can make and there are a host of factors to consider, far too many to explore here. However, our sales consultant will provide you with advice and help in finding the perfect building.

Financing your new business

Cheer have experiences with leasing companies that you can secure finance for your project. However, leasing is not the cheapest way to finance your play systems and if you can get a main stream bank to lend you the money you need to start your business it may work out cheaper.

Creating your dream design

If you want to stand out and have a play area that is more entertaining and engaging than the standard fare then you have come to the right place.
Cheer is continuously innovating and exploring new ideas and developing new events so that you can offer something new and engaging that your nearest competitor cannot.

Our consultants will work with you your plans and visit your site to produce a brief for our designers that will ensure that the soft play area design is the best it can be. In order to do this we need to know how your business will work, where the kitchen and party rooms or the toilets and main entrance etc. will be placed.

Comparing our design to other companies

You may have already worked with another company to prefect your design in which case we are more than happy to give you a competitive quote based on the competitors design. There are very few play items that we cannot produce and we think it is important to get a good idea of who will give you best value for your money.

Your installation

Once you have placed your order our Project Manager will arrange all the necessary logistics to ensure that your play area is delivered and installed on time.

We try not to use subcontractors, but use our own European fully trained and insured workforce to ensure that you get the very best quality installation. Much depends on the quality of the installation and we do not want to leave that up to whoever has placed the lowest bid to do the work.
